This Privacy Policy explains how Iron Kuga s.r.o. ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use our website and services.
Data we collect
We collect data you provide to us directly when you contact us, request a service or pay for a package: first name, last name, email, phone number, and information necessary to issue an invoice. We also collect technical data such as IP address, browser, and pages viewed, when you visit our website.
How we use your data
We use your data to provide and improve our services, communicate with you, issue invoices, comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting), and prevent fraud. We do not sell your data.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Mollie B.V. We do not store full card details on our servers. Mollie's privacy policy applies in addition to ours: https://www.mollie.com/privacy.
Data retention
We keep order and invoice data for the period required by Czech accounting and tax law (typically 10 years). Other personal data is kept only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).
