Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which Iron Kuga s.r.o. issues refunds for purchased service packages.
Cooling-off period
Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. This right does not apply to services that have already been fully performed at the consumer's express request before the end of the 14-day period.
How to request a refund
Send a refund request to info@ironkuga.com from the email used at purchase, including your order ID. We may ask you for additional information needed to verify your request.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method through Mollie within 14 days of approval. The actual time for the funds to appear on your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
Partial refunds
If part of the service has already been delivered, the refund may be reduced proportionally to the value of the work already performed.
