These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website ironkuga.com and the purchase of service packages from Iron Kuga s.r.o.

Services
We provide consulting, IT, technical, logistics, trade, marketing and engineering services as described on the website. The exact scope of each engagement is defined in writing before work starts.
Orders and payment
Orders are placed via the website and paid in advance through Mollie. After successful payment we send a confirmation and an invoice by email. Prices are stated in EUR and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
Daily order limit
To maintain quality of service we may limit the number of new orders accepted per day. If the daily limit is reached you can place the order on the next business day or contact us directly.
Withdrawal and refunds
Refund and withdrawal conditions are described in our Refund Policy.
Liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the maximum extent permitted by law our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.
